Content on this site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.

Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Estimates, allowances and change orders

Any figure shown on this website is an illustrative sample band for a demonstration site, not a quotation. A binding price is issued only after a site visit, a drawn scope and a signed design agreement.

Contracts carry named allowances. Where a selection exceeds its allowance, or where opening a wall reveals a condition that could not reasonably have been seen, the difference is issued as a written change order and priced before the work happens.

• Design fees are credited against build contracts over $60,000
• Payment follows a five-stage draw schedule, with the final draw after the punch list closes
• Permits for plumbing, electrical and structural work are pulled by us
• Asbestos or lead remediation is carried out by a separately licensed contractor

Warranty

We warrant the waterproofing assembly we install for ten years from practical completion, and general workmanship for two years. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and fittings are registered on your behalf at handover and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, from cleaning products unsuitable for the specified material, from building movement outside our scope, or from work carried out by others after handover.

Building and association requirements

In condominium and co-operative buildings, work is subject to the rules of your association. We provide certificates of insurance, licences, scope letters and schedules as standard, but we cannot guarantee approval, elevator availability or permitted working hours, all of which are set by your building.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL.
