Most of our Gold Coast work sits in buildings built between 1890 and 1930, with a handful of 1970s towers along the lake. The bathrooms are small by modern standards and almost always laid out around a plumbing stack that cannot move.
Two things drive the schedule here: building approvals and elevator access. Several buildings on Astor, Banks and Schiller allow deliveries only in a two-hour weekday window, so we stage everything in our warehouse and deliver in one coordinated run.
The reward is that these rooms take stone beautifully. High ceilings mean a feature wall can run full height, and the original proportions suit book-matched slabs far better than a 1990s subdivision bathroom does.

Fifteen weeks, and the finish date they gave us in week one is the date we moved back in. The onyx wall is the best thing in the house.
